We are seeking a detail-oriented Court Clerk – Litigation to support our dispute resolution team in managing court filings, case documentation, and procedural compliance across UAE courts. The role ensures accurate handling of litigation files and timely submission of all court-related documents in line with procedural requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE court processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple case files efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
File and manage civil and commercial litigation cases across UAE courts.
Prepare, submit, and track court documents, pleadings, and applications.
Ensure compliance with court procedures, deadlines, and filing requirements.
Liaise with court clerks, registry offices, and relevant authorities.
Collect, organize, and maintain litigation case files and supporting documents.
Monitor case status updates, hearing dates, and procedural developments.
Coordinate with lawyers to ensure accurate and timely filings.
Assist with document attestation, translation, and notarization processes.
Maintain proper records of court submissions and receipts.
Support execution and enforcement processes where required.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in court filing, litigation support, or legal administration in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE Federal Courts procedures and litigation workflows.
Experience working with court systems and legal documentation processes.
Strong organizational and file management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Previous experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is required.
